Director ID requirements

It is mandatory for all Directors of companies to have a Director ID.

ASIC recently issued correspondence to Directors who have not had a Director ID setup.

If you haven't provided us with your Director ID, please provide it as soon as possible for our records.

If you haven't applied for a Director ID, please do so immediately by following the steps in the link below.

Director identification number| Australian Business Registry Services (ABRS).

Action may be taken if a director fails to apply, including:

• Being asked to attend an interview with a delegate of the Registrar to explain why they haven't obtained one and/or

• Referral to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to consider investigation and prosecution
