Danielle Etherington
CEO
Danielle is a member of CPA Australia and has over 15 years’ experience delivering strategic business planning and commercial management expertise, gained predominately from senior management roles within professional services firms. Motivated by a strong drive for innovation and best practice, Danielle has proven success in process improvement and system development to achieve optimal business performance and positive customer outcomes.
Danielle has a high regard for diversity and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, ages and genders empowering them to realise their full potential both professionally and personally. As a developer of people, she regularly seeks opportunities to celebrate team member accomplishments and further advance their knowledge, skills and talent.
In addition to her core role at Bongiorno, Danielle gains a great sense of fulfilment from volunteering her time to organisations or individuals in need. Danielle is a regular volunteer at Wayside Chapel’s Kings Cross Community Services Centre (since January 2013) and, with a passion for equal access to justice, she joined the Marrickville Legal Centre as a voluntary Director in December 2021.
Danielle loves her role as CEO of Bongiorno and is proud to service the medical community.
